Cinco Travel and Tours Company Policy
1. Booking and Payment Policy
1.1 Reservations:
All tour reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
1.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and cash.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 2.1 Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour date are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation by Cinco Travel and Tours:
In the unlikely event that Cinco Travel and Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour. - 2.3 No Shows:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that miss the departure of the tour.
- Changes and Rescheduling Policy 3.1 Rescheduling by Customer:
Customers may reschedule their tour once, free of charge, if the request is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the tour date will incur a fee of 20% of the total tour cost.
3.2 Changes by Cinco Travel and Tours:
Cinco Travel and Tours reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, safety issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide an alternative itinerary or the option to reschedule. - Health and Safety Policy
4.1 Health Requirements:
Customers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
4.2 Safety Guidelines:
Customers are required to follow all safety
instructions provided by our guides. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the tour without refund.
7.2 Complaints:
Any complaints should be reported to the tour guide or our office as soon as possible so that we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
